Carocelle® Limited 90-Day Warranty To our customer, we warrant the Carocelle® to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days and will supply any parts free of charge for the Carocelle® which are proven to be defective for 90 days after the date of original purchase, or receipt as a gift. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any Carocelle® which has been damaged by accident or which has been mis-used or abused. The implied warranty of merchantability, to the extent applicable, is expressly limited to the period of ninety (90) days. Seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Keep your sales slip or other evidence necessary to establish proof of the date of purchase. In order to establish your warranty rights, return the defective part, along with proof of purchase, to our Company. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. |
